		<description>There are many grammatical errors in this publication.  For instance, in the first paragraph, number 1. ... It (should be there are )are minimum acceptable qualifications... In number 4 it says.... Job description are task, duties, responsibilities this mean.... (should be this means that..) Job specification are knowledge, skills, abilities this( again this means that ).... mean job specification are what you must “have” to perform “.job description”.  I know the English language is a tough, but just wanted to let you know about these corrections.  Thanks!</description>
