Webmaster job specification include job requirements as follows:
1. Website Management experience.
2. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
3. Post secondary education in Web design, with experience in content management
4. Some programming experience
5. Deep understanding of HTML, Ajax, Flash
6. You will have strong web design skills which will include the ability to edit HTML and JavaScript skills.
7. A thorough knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques.
8. Experience of running and evaluating online marketing campaigns, which will include the management of Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns.
9. A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team.
10. Demonstrated leadership in project managemen.
