Web Developer Job Specification include job requirements as follows
1. Bachelors degree in computer science, MIS, or related experience.
2. Must possess superior skills in ColdFusion 7 +.
3. Must possess superior skills in SQL.
4. Must possess strong skills in Object Oriented ColdFusion Development.
5. Must possess strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
6. Minimum of three years of ColdFusion experience.
7. Experience in structured environment with increasing levels of responsibility and complexity.
8. Previous experience in a nonprofit industry a plus.
9. Previous experience with ticketing, merchandise, Point-Of-Sale systems a plus.
10. The ability to communicate and teach non-technical users a must.
11. Excellent written and oral communications skills.
12. Strong attention to detail.
13. Ability to work additional hours as needed. Summer weekends required.
14. Respond proactively to training, technical support and customer service needs in line with provided guidelines.
15. Flash video/animation experience a plus.
16. Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
17. Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
18. Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
19. Experience with hardware and software issues.
20. Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
21. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
22. Typing proficiency: 40-60 wpm.
