Vice President marketing job specification include job requirements:
1. BA diplomar, M.B.A. prefered.
2. 10 years marketing experience in comparable industries with 4 years in a senior management position.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage often outsourced marketing activities (PR, corporate identity system, website, etc.).
4. Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
5. Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, providing personal leadership through example.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
7. Experience in choosing, deploying, and using marketing and sales SW applications.
8. Substantial experience working with business and industry press.
9. Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business (competitive) strategy.
10. Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence.
11. Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time.
