1. Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
2. Ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met;
3. Drawing up a testing schedule for the complete system;
4. Overseeing the implementation of a new system;

6. Writing user manuals;

9. Liaising extensively with external or internal clients;
10. Analyzing clients’ existing systems;
