Quality assurance coordinator job specification include job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry or 3+ years in Quality Assurance.
3. Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Customer oriented and service minded.
6. Strong knowledge in Quality Management Systems applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
7. Capable of understanding and overcoming different cultural and language obstacles to provide solutions that satisfy corporate, regional, and local objectives.
8. Capable of analyzing data in order to support the development of strategies to effectively manage the action plans that will resolve the issues.
9. Project management and troubleshooting skills.
10. Ability to communicate both written and orally, to all levels of management and across different cultural backgrounds.
11. Knowledge of international regulations for quality systems and compliance.
12. Ability to identify problems, and initiate corrective actions and preventative actions.
13. Perceptual and analytical problem solving relating to removal of obstacles.
14. Ability to use Quality Tools such as benchmarking, gap analysis, Pareto analysis, fish- bone diagrams, and process mapping for fact base decisions making.
