Project vice president job specification include job requirements:
1. This position requires a skilled Project Manager/Senior BA with experience in financial services industry.
2. 5-8 years project management experience, specifically a strong understanding of change management.
3. Experience in Broker/Dealer operations is preferred, but not required, including the ability to provide a strategic and general business perspective and to put the needs of the Service, Trading and Operations division in context of the larger organization.
4. Experience in financial services a must.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience interacting with senior management
7. Proven supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to influence cultural alterations
8. Ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
9. Set and manage client expectations specific to the project.
10. Facilitate team and client meetings
11. Exhibit excellence in all aspects of business and project management.
12. Anticipate client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
13. Recognize areas for improvement and develop plans for implementation when possible.
