1. 7+ years Estimating Concrete Structures
2. Extensive Heavy Civil and Public Works experience
3. Effective Written and verbal communication skills
4. Self-Starter with strong work ethic, good interpersonal and organizational skills
5. Good Management skills, with ability to prioritize and delegate responsibilities
6. Computer Literate
7. Assist Estimating in bidding opportunities and Preconstruction services
8. Assist Project Manager in development of Chart of Accounts
9. Assist in development of detailed CPM Schedule
10. Assist in development of Detailed Scope of Work
11. Develop a project site logistics plan
12. Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents
13. Review and understand material budgets and negotiate purchase orders
14. Review and understand equipment budgets and negotiate rental rates
15. Monitor project costs and identify areas for improvement
16. Provide leadership in quality process
17. Provide leadership in the safety and accident prevention programs
18. Document daily construction activities
19. Chair weekly subcontractor coordination meetings
20. Issue and maintain short term schedules
