Project officer job specification
Project officer job specification include job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree form an accredited college or university (Degree in engineering a plus).
2. Minimum of five (5) years as a technical specialist in one or more construction and design related fields.
3. Experience working on projects for the School Construction Authority a plus.
4. No minimum education requirement although a 4-year degree or better is preferred.
5. Applicant must have 2 years experience with project management in an acquisition environment.
6. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have skills in working Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software applications.
7. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Applicant must have DAU certification in project management. PM level III certification is preferred.
8. Candidate must be an experienced writer, with experience conducting analysis of events that supports experiment objectives.
9. Candidate must be customer oriented as well as have the ability to operate independently.
10. Excellent reasoning skills are required. Previous experience preparing and coordinating requirements, messages, decision papers, fact sheets, information papers, and briefing slides is required. Candidate must be able to develop and manage budgets.
11. Applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
