Project leader job description
Project leader job description include key duties/responsibilities:
1. Delivery and deployment of solutions, ensuring that they are on time, within budget and to the required standard.
2. Work with business teams to gather requirements, create specifications and develop new solutions or enhance existing applications within the front-end sales support ad reporting and risk analytics functional disciplines.
3. Assist the prospecting and tendering.
4. Tender preparation in collaboration with the experts and the Sales Manager.
5. Development of innovative approaches for answering clients needs in Transmission and Distribution.
6. Assume the financial results responsibility: financial status follow-up in collaboration with the Cost Controller, invoices and payments, bank guarantees.
7. Manage the relation with all internal and external (Partners and Sub-Contractors) stakeholders.
8. Manage all communications related to the contract.
9. Report of the potential contract risks.
10. Contribute to the team members training.
11. Realize the technical description, the methodology, the realization cost and the risk analysis in the tender preparation.
12. Ensure correct realization of the contract in terms of client’s requirements and claims, performances, security, environmental and legal constraints, quality of the deliverables.
13. Consultative analysis and functional requirements are completed and document deliveries are met.
14. Establish in collaboration with the Electricity Service the project team; define the tasks and take the team functional responsibility.
15. Define in collaboration with the various experts, the project concept or basic design.
16. Project Planning and communication is completed with the business, external customers and other stakeholders regarding status, milestones, issue resolution and escalation.
17. Projects are tracked ad monitoring against time, effort and cost.
18. Effectively manage, and where necessary coach, direct reports, project team resources and external vendor resources.
