include job requirements:

1. Undergraduate degree in Accounting / Finance required
2. MBA preferred or comparable business experience in Project Development and/or Finance.
3. CPA / CMA a plus.
4. 7-10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in US project based financing, either for a major manufacturer, developer or financial institution.
5. Knowledge and expertise in project finance, tax exempt debt, sale-leaseback, term debt, and structured lease financing.
6. Demonstrated ability to “think outside the box” while identifying problems and developing creative solutions.
7. Experience maintaining project plans.
8. Extensive experience with non-recourse project financings.
9. Possess an excellent knowledge and understanding of GAAP.
10. Ability to work effectively as a member of a team or independently.
11. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments.
12. Ability to delegate and work effectively with others, able to recognize and solve problems.
13. Experience summarizing results and producing management reports.
14. Strong oral and written communication skills.
15. Strong attention to detail.
16. Possess a high level of analytical skills with ability to interpret and communicate results.
17. Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and resource teams (both internal and external) both independently and collaboratively.
18. Experience producing and delivering communications to the Executive Level
19. Demonstrated analytical ability
20. Must be well organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
21. Requires the ability to solve complex problems and provide analysis for both point solutions and broad-based impacts.
22. Proficient with MS Office, superior skills in excel financial modeling and strong PowerPoint skills.
