Project Assistant job specification include job requirements as follows:
1. Over 1- 2 years experience in maritime / oil industry on similar position.
2. Strong communication skills and can coordinate with clients or head office.
3. Team-spirited and can work under pressure.
4. Good command of English / Microsoft office / Auto CAD.
5. Studying in engineering, naval architect, IT, law affairs or Financing background preferred.
6. Use English as working language, English native speaker or oversea studying at top tire university preferred.
7. Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
8. Must be able to quickly and accurately assess the importance of a phone call, email, or document and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate people.
9. Must maintain strict confidentiality of extremely sensitive data, records, files, conversations, etc.
10. Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly.
11. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, integrity, respect for confidentiality, sound judgment and decision making skills.
12. Strong written and oral communication skills.
13. Willing and able to multi-task.
