include job requirements:
1. BS with a clinical background required, MSN, MBA, or MHA highly desired.
2. Min 10 years in a health care organization with a combined background in service line leadership, case management, managed care, operations management, consulting and/or administration.
3. Min 3 yrs of leadership experience and accountable for managing clinical and/or functional areas of business health care operations.
4. Experience within a structure that supports both inpatient and ambulatory services (being highly desirable.)
5. Previous experience in medical staff management, lean six sigma, quality or risk management a plus.
6. An understanding of medical terminology, disease entities and treatment, overall hospital operations, principles of quality management, financial loss risk, and accrediting body standards and principles.
7. Consultative, management skills and project management experience required.
8. Must have previous experience collaborating with senior managers, leaders, and clinicians in health care organizations to develop multi-faceted solutions and provide comprehensive services and/solutions.
9. Demonstrated customer facing and/or relationship management/development experience is required.
10. Six sigma, CAP, Lean, Baldrige and or other project management training preferred.
11. Experience in leading accreditation, survey management in a hospital/system environment required.
12. Health care clinical and operational improvement implementation experience is required.
