1. Bachelor ‘s Degree.
2. 5 plus years of experience as a media supervisor, media planer, media buyer, media manager, marketing communication manager, advertising manager or in a related position at an advertising or media agency.
3. Strong communicator: Write and make presentations. Sell ideas internally and externally: influence people both inside and outside of dept to drive quality execution.
4. Multi-functional Collaboration: Working knowledge of marketing, sales, finance, consumer promotions to build effective partnerships throughout organization. Team player within Marketing group and across marketing teams.
5. Media strategy and planning experience.
6. Proficient in Excel/Word/Power Point/Outlook computer programs.
7. Analysis: Conduct key media and business analysis. Present data and findings clearly, concisely and accurately, and be able to draw meaningful conclusions and indicated actions.
8. Media buying experience (TV and Print preferred).
9. Superior project management skills. Manage and prioritize multiple detail-oriented assignments while keeping an eye on the big picture marketing and media objectives. Meet deadlines. Be organized. Follow-through. Respond quickly and effectively to a variety of changes and opportunities that impact media activity
10. Technical Expertise: Thorough understanding of standards of media measurement and evaluation. Knowledge of third party data sources like Nielsen, MRI, Simmons, etc. Evaluating media research and translating it into strategy.
11. Client-side experience a plus.
12. Ability to work in a start-up environment.
