Job specification of Manufacturing supervisor

include job requirements:

1. B.S. Degree in Engineering preferably material or metallurgy related.

2. 5+ years department management and 3 years direct supervisory experience.

3. Demonstrated experience working hands on in a production manufacturing environment.

4. Proficient in the use of Excel, Microsoft Word and Statistical analysis (six sigma).

5. Proven facilitation and leadership skills.

6. Ability to interact in an effective manner with all levels of the organization.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

8. Computer literate with solid Excel skills required.

9. Five to eight years in a manufacturing leadership capacity with quantifiable results.

10. Must be able to work a rotating shift.

11. ISO 9000 and optical training preferred.

12. LEAN manufacturing experience preferred.
