Manufacturing executive job description
Manufacturing executive job description include key duties/responsibilities:
1. Planning the production schedule with in budgetary limitations and time constraints.
2. Analyze personnel and capital resources and selecting the best way to meet production quotas; monitor product standards; establish and maintain standards; product improvement.
3. Works with purchasing to insure quality standards are met; and to insure inventory levels are maintained.
4. Responsible for all projects assigned to the organizational unit.
5. Acts as an advisor to subordinate supervisors, or staff members to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems.
6. Administers schedules and performance standards.
7. Requires knowledge of company policies, collective bargaining agreement and other applicable procedures.
