Manufacturing coordinator job specification include job requirements:
1. HS Diploma/GED
2. Technical training or equivalent experience in injection molding technology and/or processing.
3. Effective written and oral communication skills.
4. Basic mechanical and mathematical skills.
5. Ability to organize work loads and work independently.
6. Basic computer applications skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
8. Demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills.
9. Demonstrated ability to read and understand written procedures and instructions.
10. Demonstrated ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide, ratios, weights & measures).
11. Demonstrated ability to make timely decisions.
12. Experience with troubleshooting and applying corrective actions.
13. Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records.
14. Experience working with computers: keyboarding, Windows environment.
15. Demonstrated ability to manipulate small parts, manual dexterity.
16. Required to bend, stoop, and reach.
17. Required to remain standing for extended periods of time.
18. May be required to lift materials per entity specified and approved limits.
19. May be required to participate in medical/screening or monitoring programs.
