Manufacturing associate job specification include job requirements:
1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Will require flexible schedule to work 12 hour shifts day or night, weekends or holidays.
3. Required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
4. Ability to work independently and in teams.
5. Ability to interpret and apply GMP knowledge.
6. Understanding of analytical methods for the Bulk Manufacturing areas.
7. Ability to demonstrate technical writing capability.
8. Ability to understand, apply and evaluate basic chemistry, biology and physical principles.
9. Perform basic math skills and applications including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division including the ability to understand decimals.
10. Written skills necessary to accurately complete paperwork.
11. Problem-solving ability.
12. Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
13. Strong observational skills and high attention to detail.
14. Course work in related pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
15. Basic statistical mathematical skills.
16. Ability to use measuring devices and gauges.
17. Basic computer entry/retrieval skills.
18. Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers as well as management.
19. Excellent mechanical aptitude with solid computer and technical background.
20. Experience with automated equipment.
21. Good written and verbal skills.
