Manufacturing assistant job specification

Manufacturing assistant job specification include job requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. 5 years of related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Experience in food packaging (supplement manufacturing experience preferred).
4. Strong communication, listening, decision-making and organizational skills.
5. Proficient in computers as well as MS Word and Excel (Oracle OPM experience preferred).
6. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited instructions are available in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
7. Proficiency in English preferred.
8. Willingness to undertake physically demanding activities as needed.
9. Excellent leadership skills including coaching, team-building and training
10. Excellent time management and attention to detail.
11. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
12. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
13. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from company management and outside agencies.
