Maintenance supervisor job specification include requirements
1. Prior Rig Mechanic experience (4+ years).
2. Prior Supervisory experience (2+ years).
3. Experience ordering parts/supplies and maintaining an inventory to minimize downtime to the operation.
4. Advanced technical training and certifications are highly desired.
5. Hydraulic & pneumatics experience.
6. Must have detailed knowledge of the operation and maintenance of all equipment on a drilling rig.
7. Must be able to legibly read and write reports.
8. Proficient in English Language Written and Oral.
9. Chief Engineers qualification.
10. Relevant technical qualification for position.
11. Ability to lead a multi-discipline team both as a supervisor and in a technical capacity.
12. Possess at least 5 years of experience in Maintenance Works.
13. Extensive knowledge of Hydrocarbon production systems and equipment.
14. Ability to communicate with technical specialists and to interpret technical drawings and specification documents.
15. Good knowledge of maintenance methods and equipment across the disciplines.
16. Must be Computer literate.
