include job requirements:

1. 1 year supervisory and management experience which may include recruiting staff, coaching, performance management, responsibility of daily department operations.

2. Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications is required.

3. Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

4. Extensive knowledge of field pipeline and terminal operations.

5. Strong knowledge of pipeline maintenance procedures, policies and DOT regulations.

6. Demonstrate a high proficiency and understanding of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance.

7. Possess an understanding of OSHA and life safety regulations.

8. Operator Qualified for maintenance procedures and qualified evaluator.

9. Strong knowledge of valve, piping and pipeline equipment.

10. Experience in managing projects and working in SAP.

11. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

12. One or more years of direct experience leading a union represented workforce.

13. Extensive planning and organizational skills.

14. Knowledge of pipeline integrity programs and assessment techniques.

15. Proficient in planning, organizing and executing.

16. Strong ability to handle multiple projects.

17. Strong leadership, mentoring team building skills and ability to influences others.
