Level A

Level B

• Demonstrates leadership credibility by being visible and living the values.
• Facilitates individual learning and development within the process area.

Level D

• Seeks feedback from and gives feedback to others.
• Actively facilitates the acquisition and sharing of knowledge and skills throughout the organization.

• Acts in a manner consistent with the values of the organization and influences others to adopt them.
