II/ Key tasks of compensation and benefits coordinator specialist
1. To be in charge of compensation and benefit scheme (including insurance schemes by law as well as by company’s discretion, PIT), monthly payroll and bonus computation for all employees.
2. Ensure all employees’ compensation and benefit scheme to be applied properly.
3. To be in charge of all HR reports requested by local authorities/ head quarter.
4. Provide Finance & Accounting Department with HR related data to facilitate statistical reports to authorities.
5. Participate to implement compensation and benefit restructuring projects and survey at company.
6. Ensure HR forms and patterns (like Leave Application, Overtime records, personnel letters, labor contracts, memo, etc.) to be available for use.
7. Ensure internal memo or relevant news to be disseminated widely, timely and effectively through different communication channels (like notice-boards, e-mail, telephone, etc.) in Company.
8. To be delegated by Head of HR to deal with employees or relevant local authorities for issues relating labor laws.
9. To maintain regular contacts with relevant local authorities and ensure a comprehensive knowledge of current labor regulations.
10. Report to: Head of HR department.
III / Job specification of compensation and benefits specialist
1. In-depth knowledge in local labor law & Tax regulations.
2. 2-4 year experience in HR administration/Payroll work.
3. Work experience in international environment with excellent English communication skills.
4. Basic HR administration skills.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
6. Certification/designation in Compensation Management, or equivalent.
7. Certification/designation in Human Resources, or equivalent.
8. Knowledge of international salary and benefits practices.
9. Communication, Problem solving, and leadership skills.
10. Excellent level of analytical and problem solving skills.
11. Strong knowledge of state laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefit plans.
12. Exceptional organization and time management skills.
