Job purpose of Brand coordinator
To coordinate and execute direct marketing acquisition and customer management strategy for company products. Manage and direct multiple marketing communication projects that involve a broad set of stakeholders, including but not limited to creative (internal/external), line of business, legal and compliance.
Key duties/responsibilities of Brand coordinator:
1. Liaises with product partners in developing co-marketing campaigns that will leverage our mutual brands in meaningful ways.
2. Coordinates sampling programs.
3. Prepares competitive analysis presentations and updates as needed.
4. Interacts with other departments to help identify their brand needs.
5. Tracks implementation of new product launches.
6. Supports brand communication projects and programs, including internal brand campaigns and events, internal brand-related newsletters, and electronic communication efforts.
7. Manages giveaway and promotional distribution and requests.
8. Supports the department in evolving product strategy and identifying additional ways to enhance our experience through revenue generating products.
9. Provides content for brands quarterly publication, including researching, writing, editing, sourcing images and distribution.
10. Provides input to layout and design. Works with editorial team to develop story ideas, solicits guest contributions and creates other programs designed to enhance content.
11. Maintains and monitors brands, helps analyze sales reports and makes recommendations.
12. Proactively seeks products in alignment with seasons, holidays, and marketing initiatives.
