1. From which sources do you know about this recruitment?
2. Do you know at which rank in the industry our product is?
3. What is our logo? Can you describe it?
4. Do you know our company’s motto? How do you understand it?
5. Do you know when our company was established?
6. Why do you want to work here? Can you state your reasons in the decreasing order of importance?
7. Do you know about our outlook and goals? Can you describe them?
8. Who is our company’s director?
9. If you want to tell your opinions, how would you like to do it
• Via Email?
• Print and send documents to colleagues?
• Share them with everyone you meet by chance at the corridor?
10. In your previous company, could you share the information with others freely or were you expected to work independently?
11. Should advices be given in the company meetings (official or non-official) or should it be given only in the private meeting with the company’s boss?
12. Did your colleagues feel happy or offensive when you gave them advices on their work?
13. In your previous company, were there rules about costume at the workplace? Were they written down in the official documents?
14. In your previous company, did people have pictures of family, children or bonsais at the workplace, on the table or even in their sleeping rooms?
15. Did the others in your office eat snack or have lunch at their desks?
16. Could you pass by a colleague’s room for a little chatting?
17. Is your previous company a happy family?
18. Was it considered to be normal or not if you knew about, for example, the hip operation of your colleague’s mother?
19. Do you often go for a walk or lunch with your colleagues or group to get acquainted with them after work?
20. Is such kind of friendship considered to be a position crossing over and a difference among department?
