Insurance KPIs include key performance indicators as follows:

1. Financial Perspective

• Increase in profit per sales executive.
• % increase in training cost.
• Annual Salary.
• Incentives as % of salary.

2. Operational Perspective

• Number of sales targets achieved.
• % decrease in employee turnover.
• % of renewed policies to the number of policies sold.
• % of policy lapses or missed payments.

3. Customer Perspective

• % decrease in customer complaints.
• Percentage of upgraded policies.
• Number of referrals generated from customers.
• Number of customer focused products developed.

4. Training Perspective

• Number of motivational training sessions.
• Number of quality and feedback intiatives introduced.
• Number of Training sessions.
• Number of brainstorming sessions.

These KPI can apply for Insurance Balanced Scorecard.
