HR assistant job specification include job requirements as follows:
1. Education:
• Education on xxxxxxxx level, preferably xxxxxxx.
• Good knowledge of local Labour and Social Security Laws.
• Knowledge of HR disciplines.
2. Work experience:
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in HR-administration.
• Knowledge of and experience in hotel industry (preferably).

• Excellent command of English language in both oral and writing.
• Knowledge of Personnel Information Systems.

• Excellent social skills.
