1. What tactics do you use to motivate others to complete delegated tasks? Provide examples?

2. Describe the most challenging situation where you’ve had to delegate work. What happened? Why was it challenging? How did it end?

3. Do you think delegation is a way to dump failure on the shoulders of a subordinate or as a dynamic tool for motivating and training your team to realize their full potential?
