Customer service representative job specification include job requirements:
1. High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
2. Prior sales experience within industry.
3. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to work with minimal direction.
4. Must possess excellent organizational skills needed for handling multiple priorities.
5. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess the ability to promote positive inter-departmental and customer relations.
6. One to Two years of related work experience.
7. Prior PC knowledge of Windows based applications.
8. Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation, instruction, persuasion, or speaking with others.
9. Ability to function in a high stress environment, under substantial time pressure.
10. Ability to perform Duties and Responsibilities set forth above in a consistent and efficient manner.
