Construction coordinator job specification
Construction coordinator job specification include job requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent. Additional drafting and/or engineering education helpful.
2. Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience in construction.
3. Minimum of 2 years experience in the cable industry.
4. Working knowledge of highway, utility, and structural construction activities required.
5. Valid Florida driver’s license and good driving record.
6. Excellent reading, writing, communication, analytical and mathematical skills.
7. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and PowerPoint.
8. Advanced knowledge of department/division policies, practices and products
9. Ability to travel as required
10. Comfortable in self-directed environment
11. Ability to read and interpret documents such as zoning and construction drawings, bids, and leases.
12. Ability to write coherent, succinct business letters and emails.
13. Knowledge of construction awareness
