Job purpose of Chief administrative officer

To provides internal and external coordination, management, and oversight of all administrative activities related to the development and implementation of the mission and instructional goals of The company

Key duties/responsibilities of Chief administrative officer:

1. Reviewing Documentation and Contracts.
2. Reporting to Chief Operating Officer, work closely with senior credit risk management on defining, documenting, implementing, and tracking departmental operating procedures and metrics.
3. Manage on-boarding and refine and deliver new hire training for the department.
4. Liaise across Risk Management departments, with Corporate Treasury, Firm committees, Human Resources & Controllers, and Internal Audit Department.
5. Work confidentially on issues related to departmental budget, headcount, and staff planning.
6. Plan Effective business operation strategies.
7. Developing Marketing Material.
8. Compile and deliver presentations to senior risk and business management.
9. Partner with executive team and implement strategic and operational strategies.
10. Developing, designing and improving internal systems that create and deliver firm services.
11. Create and run training and educational programs for CRM staff.
