Brand marketing manager job specification include job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing highly preferred; MBA is ideal.
2. Develop briefs, lead and manage projects with cross-functional teams and assure timely execution.
3. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Will present to diverse audiences, work cross-functionally for results and collaborate with external partners.
4. The ability to develop strategic plans (integrated marketing plans) and manage projects to completion.
5. The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, performance-driven environment.
6. Strong communications skills with exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
7. Must have a style that promotes respect, credibility and trust throughout the organization.
8. Ability to manage both internal and external (agency) resources and budgets.
9. Experience working within established technology companies, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
10. Familiarity with brand management strategies and business-to-business brand building.
11. Ability to take creative ideas and ground them in brand’s strategy and back them up with strong business cases on consumer and customer research.
12. Marketing experience within one or more of the following public organizations required: lifestyle consumer brands, technology or software companies, media entity.
13. Proven track record of partnering with peer organizations such as PR, AR, Education, and Global Services to define marketing objectives and build effective programs.
14. Resourcefulness to improvise, work with limited budgets, and adapt to deal with daily challenges via creative problem solving.
15. Proven track record of delivering on time, within budget, and with demonstrated ROI.
