Brand director job specification include job requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Management. MBA Preferred

2. 10+ Years of Brand Management experience in a Consumer Products business.

3. Demonstrated knowledge of strategy development, market analysis, project management, new product development as well as packaging, promotions, and pricing.

4. Can contribute diverse thinking to the Department.

5. Experience managing: multiple brands/business units and direct reports.

6. A passion for brand management and customer service, and a drive for excellence.

7. Ability to think strategically by identifying and analyzing consumer and market insights and translating these into effective strategies.

8. Well-developed communication skills are required to be successful in this high profile position.

9. Well-developed financial and quantitative analysis skills are essential.

10. Advertising experience with TV and secondary media.

11. Budget and project management.

12. Analytical skills, extensive experience with data delivery systems.

13. Experience working with senor leadership on complex problems.

14. Strong writing, presentation, and influencing communication skills.
