Job purpose of Brand associate (vice president)
To coordinate and execute direct marketing acquisition and customer management strategy for company products. Manage and direct multiple marketing communication projects that involve a broad set of stakeholders, including but not limited to creative (internal/external), line of business, legal and compliance.
Key duties/responsibilities of Brand associate:
1. Manage direct mail creative development process from creative brief through execution.
2. Handle various project-oriented tasks as needed such as sales support material, revisions to disclosures, creative package improvements through internal team, etc.
3. Prepares competitive analysis presentations and updates as needed.
4. Interacts with other departments to help identify their brand needs.
5. Collaborate with business team to develop and implement marketing communication strategies.
6. Supports brand communication projects and programs, including internal brand campaigns and events, internal brand-related newsletters, and electronic communication efforts.
7. Manages giveaway and promotional distribution and requests.
8. Research and stay abreast of company and other internal guidelines.
9. Provides content for brands quarterly publication, including researching, writing, editing, sourcing images and distribution.
10. Provides input to layout and design. Works with editorial team to develop story ideas, solicits guest contributions and creates other programs designed to enhance content.
11. Collaborate with other functional areas within the organization and with external groups, including vendor management.
