Basic functions of Billing officer

1 Supervise central billing staff located at the Billing Center and any other locations.
2 Train new employees on standard Company policies and procedures that related to billing.
3 Coordinates the billing functions of each geographic location by communicating regularly with each sites’ sales, management and Billing officers, if present at that location.
4 Approve tax credit requests from customers.
5 Create monthly and quarterly commission reports.
6 Conducts training, as needed, on use of the Hagen OA system.
7 Resolves issues arising from actions or events involving administrative functions throughout the progress of a job from sale to billing of the customer.
8 Coordinates and resolves sales tax issues.
