Bayer marketing interview questions

1. Heather Shirley of Bayer had a long list of questions. She asked for multiple examples for each behavioral question asked. All questions were behavioral – no case questions. Also, I spoke with one classmate who was also interviewed and learned that none of our questions were the same.

2. Tell me about a time when you had to adapt your behavior for someone else? Tell me another time.

3. Tell me a time when you set goals and it helped you or a team you were part of? Tell me another time.

4. Tell me a time when you failed because you did not set goals.

5. Tell me a time when you had to sell an idea to a customer or someone at work.

6. We write a lot. How can I be sure you have good writing skills?

7. The interview was very behavioral and all the questions were about working in teams.

8. Tell me about a time when you were one a team where one of the team members had a hidden agenda. How did you find out about the hidden agenda and how did you deal with it?
